Please join us to learn more and provide feedback on a new member-driven benchmarking resource for the MPTA's 80+ local transit providers. This initiative will collect and share information on the tools, services, and practices used by agencies—covering both external vendors and internal operating methods—in a centralized, searchable database. The goal is to empower agencies to benchmark their technology and practices, research vendor options, and learn from each other’s experiences. This peer-to-peer resource library will enable agencies to voluntarily contribute data and, in return, gain valuable insights into what others are doing.
